Utility Warehouse ins and outs

Life can be very complicated don’t you think?
I started this Blog with the view unsecured loans of at sometime in the future promoting the Utility Warehouse as a distributor (agent) and maybe making a little cash on the side. The problem is I’m getting more and more confused as the days go by.
The difficulty is  getting an accurate picture of whether this company is good, bad or indifferent.
As I research deeper and deeper I find bad credit loans the question becomes who should I believe? Trawling the forums I find two distinct groups of people.
Group One
These are Utility Warehouse sales people who post great comments about how much money you can save by joining the Utility Warehouse Club. How it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread and everyone should join. When you consider how many people sell this product it’s difficult to place a lot of weight on this type of post. Not that it’s not the truth but because they have a financial interest (they get commission) and therefore have a conflict of interest.
Group Two
These are people who believe they’ve been cheated by the Utility Warehouse in one form or another. Some have been miss sold and are now paying more than before and others complain of poor customer service and the poor quality of services received (poor broadband connection for example).
It’s common knowledge that people who’ve had poor customer service are ten times more likely to actually post negative comments than someone who’s happy with the service posting positive comments.
Separating the genuine happy customers from the background sales noise can therefore be challenging to say the least and makes finding the truth very difficult.
I’ll keep researching and post my finding as and when I have more information. However it just goes to show that you need to do your own independent research and take all you read with a pinch of salt!
PS I’m not affiliated with the Utility Warehouse in any way.
Article Updates.
20th March 2011
I’d be really interested in peoples experiences with the Utility Warehouse good or bad. It’s easy to leave a comment just enter it into the box below this post. It would be nice to get a balanced view of what real customers think of the prices and customer service.

Air Conditioner Reviews

Most often, people get baffled, while settling on the right air conditioner for home or office. The air conditioner selection depends upon various factors such as, the area of the space to be cooled, initial cost, power consumption cost and the scope for installation. For instance, a person who intends to use air conditioner for longer duration, or throughout the year should go for high efficiency systems, since power consumption is economical for these. We will do the air conditioner reviews for different types of air conditioning systems, based on the factors discussed above. Central Air unsecured loans Conditioner Reviews The following are the central air conditioner reviews for some types of central air conditioners. Mid Efficiency Central AC: Mid efficiency central AC uses R-410A as a refrigerant. Central AC efficiency ratings should be at least 13 SEER according to the government directive. Mid efficiency central AC gives up to a maximum of 17 SEER. The advantages of this air conditioning system are simplicity in installation process, as compared to installing window air conditioners, weather protected hardware and lower cost to be incurred initially as compared to high efficiency systems. However, it is associated with higher fuel consumption, as compared to high efficiency systems. A mid efficiency central AC would cost you approximately $3500. High Efficiency Central AC: Initial investment for high efficiency is more, however, power consumption is less and these are equipped with features for energy consumption optimization, making them the best central air conditioners. On/off cycles are comparatively low for high efficiency central AC systems, as compared to mid range central AC systems. And, these usually come with 2 stage equipment and home air filter. Like mid range units, high efficiency units also use R 410A as refrigerant and give up to 22 SEER. Installing high efficiency central AC units may involve complex duct work. These remain the best option, if you are ready to invest more initially and if electricity tariff in your area is high or weather conditions in your area demand usage of air conditioners for longer duration. A high efficiency central AC would cost you approximately $4000. Carrier Air Conditioner Reviews Carrier air conditioners provide efficiency rating up to 21 SEER and the air conditioning systems by Carrier can be used for commercial and residential purposes. Like other central air conditioning systems, Carrier air conditioners also use R410A as refrigerant. The features of carrier air conditioners include dual stage operation of air compressor, reduced sound during operation, energy star rating and powder coating for more durability. The residential crop of Carrier air conditioners include comfort series, performance series and infinity Carrier air conditioners. Portable Air Conditioner Reviews: Following are the reviews for some of the portable air conditioners. Royal Sovereign Portable AC: These are the most popular portable air conditioners. This portable AC comes with a mechanism to lower humidity in the air, i.e, dehumidifier and comes with bad credit loans a remote control. It can cool the area as large as 250 sq. ft and doesn't create too much noise while operating, however, for sound operation, it needs to be drained through exhaust duct periodically, and is a bit heavy. Royal sovereign ARP1000ES is classified at 10,000 BTU. You can get these air conditioners for approximately $400-500. EdgeStar Koldfront Portable AC: EdgeStar Koldfront portable air conditioners are rated at 8000 BTU and are preferred more for comparatively smaller cooling area. This air conditioner comes with a digital thermostat, remote control, along with mechanism for reducing humidity. The advantages of Edgestar Koldfront portable AC include relatively smaller size, low cost and easy drainage of water, however, it should be noted that the noise created during operation is a little more and you don't get a timer with these AC's. These are available at approximately $350. Ductless Air Conditioner Reviews: Few advantages of ductless air conditioner include, lesser wastage of cold air, versatile design, and ease in installation. You do not need to do any duct work, unlike central air conditioning. It requires a little hole for conduit while hanging the unit on the wall. Another advantage of ductless air conditioners is less noise during operation, since the compressor is located far from the unit. Ductless air conditioners provide an option of zonal cooling, which saves power and results in lower operating costs as compared to central AC systems, however, the disadvantage of ductless air conditioning system is high initial cost. Rated at 12,000 BTU, it costs you approximately $1800/Ton. Wall Air Conditioner Reviews: A wall air conditioner is hooked on to the wall at the time of installation. Advanced units among wall air conditioners can cool the space as large as 1200 sq ft. Features of wall air conditioners include affordability and flexibility in design. Wall air conditioners can be used for residential and commercial purpose, especially during the summer. Economization of space is another advantage associated with wall air conditioners. You can install wall air conditions with ease, on any area of the wall. It gives another benefit of power saving by giving you an option to keep windows open for fresh air since, it is not installed on window. The disadvantage of wall mounted air conditioner is that the process of cutting hole in the wall needs expertise and should be done correctly and the sleeve size should be exactly same as the hole, else it makes the installation complicated. This was about air conditioner reviews and pros and cons of different types of air conditioners. I hope you found this content about air conditioners helpful.
